Refund policy
Overview
We accept returns on unused, unmodified items within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email info@martini-genie.com with your order details.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging when possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom and bulk orders
Custom branded items and special production runs are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee depending on order size and condition.
Damages, defects, and incorrect orders
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Return process
To request a return, email info@martini-genie.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider, but most refunds post within 5–10 business days after approval.
